Terms & Conditions

  • ORDER REQUIREMENTS
    All orders require a filled-in specification sheet with exact details noted and emailed to orders@aaline.ca with the corresponding PO and project name. Our team relies on specification sheet details for pricing and production.

    DEPOSITS
    We process orders only after receiving the deposit. Shop drawings will be provided after we receive a purchase order and will only schedule production and process materials after the deposit has been processed. Deposits are non-refundable.

    SHOP DRAWINGS
    All custom orders require shop drawing sign-off before production starts. Shop drawings are only processed after receiving a purchase order with project details.

    PRICING & CURRENCIES
    We accept payment in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and United States Dollars (USD). Canadian orders are priced in CAD. All international orders are priced in USD. Pricing may be subject to change without notice. All quotations expire after 30 days.

    PAYMENTS
    All payments should be issued to Fishtnk Inc. (aaline’s parent company). We accept direct deposits, e-transfers, or standard cheques. A 3% processing fee is added to credit card payments. Contact us directly for banking information.

    TAXES & DUTIES
    All local taxes, duties, and importation fees are the responsibility of the importer/purchaser.

    TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
    Fishtnk Inc. and its subsidiaries reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate access to all or any part of this site or decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.

  • LEAD TIMES
    Most of our systems are made to order and we require standard 4-6 week production time on small & medium scale orders. We work with your team on the delivery schedule of larger projects.

    SHIPPING & FREIGHT CHARGES
    Shipping is not included in product pricing. Please request a shipping quote for your order. Shipping insurance and white glove service are available, determined based on the project requirements.

  • WARRANTY
    All of aaline’s systems undergo safety testing, certification testing, and quality control before shipment. All of aaline’s fixtures come with a limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner/purchaser of the product only. All claims under this warranty must be communicated directly with Fishtnk Inc.

    Wood
    We offer a limited 5-year warranty on all wood structure systems starting from the date the shipment is received.

    LEDs & Drivers
    Technology components come with 3rd party warranty of 10,000 hours or 5 years on parts only.

    Fishtnk Inc. reserves the right to determine the cause of a claim and the correct action required to address any claims under this warranty. Unauthorized servicing immediately renders any warranty null and void. Financial reimbursement will not be paid for any work carried out by an unauthorized third party. The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

    aaline is not responsible for the following:

    • Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal, or repair by anyone except aaline’s technical team.

    • Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party.

    • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

    • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.

    • Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear.

    All aaline systems must be installed only by a certified electrician or a professional with technical knowledge and local electrical and building code.

    All instruction documents on our website and provided with the order must be carefully reviewed before any installation.

    Improper installation or use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.

    RETURNS
    All sales are final; We do not accept returns or exchanges.

    RECLAMATION PROGRAM: RIGHT TO REPAIR
    Please contact us and we will arrange to get the system to our factory so we can refurbish it for you or re-use parts and components that can be reclaimed.

    DISPOSAL
    Our lighting and acoustic fixtures are made with 100% biodegradable or recyclable materials. The electrical components are RoHS certified and contain no hazardous elements and should be recycled at a specialized recycling facility.
